Questions? We've Got Answers.
Everything you need to know before your first visit.
I've never used a Reformer before. Will I be okay?
Absolutely. While the Reformer may look intimidating at first, it's designed to support your movement, not make it harder. Our Foundation Flow and ◈ classes introduce the equipment gradually, and our instructors guide you every step of the way.
Which class should I book first?
If you're new to Reformer Pilates, we recommend starting with Foundation Flow or one of our ◈ classes. These classes are designed to help you learn the fundamentals, build confidence, and move safely on the Reformer.
What do ◈ and ◈◈ mean?
Our class levels are designed to help you choose the experience that's right for you.
◈ Suitable for all levels. These classes focus on building strength, mobility, and confidence while offering options for both newer and more experienced clients.
◈◈ Intermediate level. These classes move at a quicker pace and assume familiarity with the Reformer and foundational movement patterns.
How many people are in each class?
Our classes are intentionally small, with a maximum of six clients, allowing for personalized instruction and individual attention.
What should I wear? Do I need grip socks?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are required for all classes and are available for purchase at the studio if needed.
When should I arrive?
We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes before your scheduled class time. This allows time to get settled, prepare your equipment, and start class feeling relaxed and ready to move. For the comfort and safety of all clients, late entry is not permitted more than 5 minutes after the scheduled class start time.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask that cancellations be made at least 24 hours before class. Late cancellations and no-shows will result in either the loss of a class credit or a $20 fee, depending on your membership or package.
Is parking available?
Yes. City parking is available directly in front of the studio and is complimentary until 10:00 AM daily. After 10:00 AM, standard city parking rates apply. Free street parking is also available throughout the surrounding neighbourhood.
What is your Intro Offer?
Our Intro Offer is designed for new clients and may vary throughout the year. It provides an opportunity to experience the studio, meet our instructors, explore different class styles, and find the classes that feel right for you. Current Intro Offer details can be found on our Pricing page.
Do you offer memberships?
Yes. We offer a variety of memberships and class packages to suit different schedules and goals. You can view all current options on our Pricing page.
Do you accept physiotherapy benefits?
