  • Cancellation & No-Show Policy

    To respect the time of our instructors and fellow clients, we require a minimum of 12 hours’ notice to cancel a class.


    Premier / Intro Offers / Guest Passes

    Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a $20 fee.


    Class Packs & Memberships

    Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the class credit. No additional fee will be charged.

  • Arrival & Punctuality Policy

    To ensure a smooth experience for everyone and maintain the flow of class, our doors close promptly at the scheduled class start time. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated.


    We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to settle in and prepare for class. If you arrive after the start time, the class will be considered a late cancellation and your credit will be forfeited or applicable fee applied.

  • Waitlist & Booking Policy

    When a class is full, we encourage joining the waitlist — spots often become available as schedules shift.


    If a space opens, you will be automatically added to class and notified by email. Please ensure your contact information is up to date and review your bookings regularly.


    We thoughtfully monitor waitlist activity and attendance patterns. When we see consistent demand, we do our best to introduce additional class times where possible.


    Joining the waitlist helps us better understand demand and allows us to grow the schedule with intention.
