Foundations Flow


A thoughtful introduction to the Reformer and the foundational principles of Pilates. This class focuses on alignment, breath, and core connection while moving through a steady, accessible flow.

Reformer Classical Flow 


A balanced full-body Reformer class inspired by the classical Pilates repertoire. Expect a continuous flow of exercises designed to build strength, mobility, and control while connecting movement to breath.

Reformer Classical Flow - Intermediate


A more challenging Classical Flow class designed for experienced Reformer clients. This class introduces faster transitions and more advanced variations while maintaining the precision and control of the Pilates method.

Reformer Total Body Sculpt


A strength-focused Reformer class designed to build muscular endurance and tone the entire body. Expect targeted work for glutes, legs, arms, and core using controlled movements and dynamic sequences.

Reformer Total Body Sculpt - Intermediate


A higher-intensity version of our Total Body Sculpt class, designed for those comfortable with the Reformer and ready for a stronger challenge. Expect longer strength sequences, heavier springs, and a faster pace that builds heat through the entire body.


Reformer Booty & Core Sculpt


Shape, lift, and strengthen in this targeted Reformer class focused on deep glute activation and core control. Expect slow, intentional sequences with controlled resistance, precise pulses, and that addictive Pilates burn that leaves you feeling stronger and more sculpted from the inside out.

Dynamic Reformer


A fast-paced, music-driven class that blends strength and cardio in an athletic, full-body format. Cardio is always part of the experience, delivered in different ways, from powerful sequences to occasional jumpboard work, depending on the instructor’s design. Expect pace, power, and seamless transitions from start to finish.

Private Session


A one-on-one session tailored to your goals, alignment, and pace. Enjoy individualized guidance and progression through a focused, personalized Reformer practice.
