Total Body Sculpt ◈◈

A contemporary Reformer class that goes beyond classical training to build real strength across the entire body. Combining Pilates with targeted muscle work, controlled repetition, and heavier resistance, this class is designed to sculpt, challenge, and build endurance. Dumbbells up to 12 lbs and additional props may be incorporated.

Our most athletic Reformer experience. A fast-paced, high-energy class that combines strength and cardio through dynamic sequencing, interval-style training, and jumpboard work — elevating your heart rate, building endurance, and pushing your limits.
