A contemporary full-body Reformer class that introduces strength-focused training within a balanced, accessible format. Combining Pilates with targeted muscle work and controlled repetition, this class is designed to build strength, improve stability, and create a sculpting, workout-driven experience. Props and dumbbells up to 8 lbs may be incorporated.

Best suited for those who feel comfortable on the Reformer and have taken a few Classical Flow classes, this class remains approachable in both pace and choreography.

Expect lower-repetition strength work using the Reformer, bodyweight exercises, heavier dumbbells, and other props, followed by endurance-focused sequences that challenge muscular stamina. Rest periods may be incorporated when appropriate to maintain proper technique and maximize strength gains.
