Reformer Intro


A foundational class designed for those new to Reformer Pilates. Build strength, body awareness, and confidence while learning how to use the machine, adjust springs, and move with control and clarity.

Completion of two Reformer Intro sessions is required before joining other formats — for those who are new to Reformer.

Classical Reformer


Inspired by the original method of Joseph Pilates, this class offers a structured, full-body workout focused on breath, posture, alignment, and flow. 

A natural progression after Reformer Intro, it builds confidence through repetition while offering deeper challenges for those ready to advance. Modifications and progressions are always provided, making it accessible for both newer and intermediate-level participants.

Power Reformer


An energizing, athletic class combining classical reformer technique with modern strength-building sequences. Expect heavier springs, props like dumbbells, and fiery endurance challenges that activate every muscle group. A 50-minute full-body workout that’s sweaty, sculpting, and bold.

Private Session


A one-on-one session tailored to your goals, alignment, and pace. Enjoy individualized guidance and progression through a focused, personalized Reformer practice.

Semi-Private Session (Duos & Trios)


A shared Reformer experience designed for two or three participants. These sessions offer personalized attention and customized programming in a focused, small-group setting. Ideal for friends or partners looking to progress together, while still receiving individualized support and alignment-focused guidance.
